How I solve this was turning off the Bluetooth device feature under Windows setting in devices Bluetooth and other devices and notice SMS/MMS disappears along with

it only leaves the default Acer Aspirer Bluetooth USB Module and it working correctly.

It seem the more and more Microsoft play around with Windows 10 builds they are actually introducing more issue instead of fixing them.

Before anyone says the blue tooth drivers for my acer is incorrectly installed my phone connects via Bluetooth that my default Bluetooth driver is infact installed correctly

I gather Microsoft blue tooth installation is missing a vital files that causing it to show SMS/ MMS Device Driver as being incorrectly installed so considering it is Microsoft problem and not my Acer Aspire E1-522 when is Microsoft going to fix this installation issue under Windows 10 Version 1709 Build 16299.437

Drivers for the device SMS/MMS for Windows 10 64 bit on Dell Precision M6700 needed

The device manager lists this device as «other devices» without drivers.

The Hardware IDs are

As you can imagine, I won’t download anything from dubious third-party sites. I already googled for it. I also reinstalled Network_Driver_565N6_WN32_12.0.1.750_A03.EXE, rebooted, and it did’t help.

I also made the device manager search within the drivers from

(after extraction). It didn’t help.

Since you have Dell you can also use Dell Mobile Connect which works better than Your Phone app built into WIndows 10:

Большинство данных улучшений доступны только в последних сборках весеннего обновления 2020 года. В финальной версии обновления они могут быть изменены или удалены.

Under Other devices as described in the subject is missing and yes i already tried updating and i just couldnt find any drivers for my device online so hoping later my manufacturer or Windows or hp can get down on it.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible series laptop. I read that in the device manager you see that the SMS/MMS and SDLRouterService driver missing.

I would like to know the following information to assist you better:

• Please let me know the exact laptop model no. This link will help you to find the model no: http://hp.care/2bygf7l
• Apart from the battery and charger, are there any other devices connected to the laptop?
• Did any software changes or updates happen on the laptop pst which this issue may have started?

Meanwhile, I recommend you to perform the following steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a fix:

• Open the device manager.
• Right click on any one of the devices and select «scan for hardware changes».

If the issue persists then please download and run the HP Support Assistant Program. This program will search for the missing drivers and try to update them for you.

Also, you may perform Microsoft updates for Win10. Please refer to «Installing updates in Windows 10» from this HP document.

I genuinely hope the issue gets resolved without hassles and the unit works great. Keep me posted.

Welcome to the HP Support Community where you can ask questions, find solutions and get help from others in the community! I read your post on the HP Support Forums and wanted to reach out to you.

I understand that you have devices called AAS, Bitlisten Service, MAP SMS/MMS and Tethering control channel protocol under the other devices category in your Device Manager.

I did look up some of these device names to see if they were affiliated with HP and if there were driver’s available. Based on the research I had done, I found that these devices may be linked to external bluetooth devices or cellphones.

The best suggestion I have to get driver’s for these devices is to:

Press Windows and X keys together.

Click on Device Manager . .

Right Click on the Device .

Click on Update .

You can also do all of your Windows Updates and use the HP Support Assistant to pull in driver’s for all of your HP Devices.
