Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 Mac OS is set in modern days and features some conflicts between three factions. You take control of Jonathan “Jon” North, the captain of the American Marine. As a civil war starts in Georgia, he takes the mission to eliminate the intruder and stop an imminent cold war. The game is played from a first-person perspective, like all the other games in the series.
An important feature of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 for Mac is the open-world, which has not been present in its predecessors. You can explore the world and complete side-mission using a car, which you will always have when you exit the safehouse or at the checkpoints. In other words, this game definitely deserves a try. Composed and produced by Mikolai Stroinski (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Detached, Kursk), mixed by Steve Kempster and recorded by Tony Phillips at Beautiful Noise Studios in Los Angeles, each artist was invited to the studio to provide his or her own element to the overall score. Some instruments used that may be familiar to a Western audience include drum, bass, synthesizer, guitar and vocals; but, there’s also the use of mandolin, balalaika and bandura.

Some songs on the soundtrack have a noticeable Georgian touch to them, and a fair amount of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3’s score is inspired by various folk and pop music researched prior to the pre-production of the game score. The goal in mind for the Georgian-influenced songs are to enhance the player’s emotions and to emphasize the location in Georgia while also leaving the location to be painted by other elements in the game such as the graphics and dialogue.

Sniper Ghost Warrior 3

Действия Sniper Ghost Warrior 3 разворачиваются на территории Восточной Европы. Здесь, в полностью открытом мире с обширными локациями нам предстоит расправиться с главенствующими фигурами в преступном мире. Как обычно — три государства враждуют между собой, а мы принимаем роль агента нейтральной зоны. Отставной американский снайпер готов предотвратить Третью Мировую Войну с помощью одной лишь винтовки и простенького пистолета.

Сюжет открывается перед нами по мере прохождения игры. Сначала мы прилетает в Грузию и отбиваемся от армии ополчения, потом они принимают нас в роли спасителя, но не прекращают слежки за нами. После этого в мире трех фракций проходит информация о том, что появился некий аноним, уничтожающий все планы государств. На наши плечи теперь падает не простое предотвращение конфликта, а выживание в открытом мире и потрясающей графики. К слову, разработчики сделали много и для искусственного интеллекта игры. Противники стали умнее, стреляют они лучше, но раскрыть вашей позиции, если вы умело спрятались, они всё равно не могут. Так устроен геймплей.

Сложность серии Sniper Ghost Warrior привлекала игроков из года в год, поэтому игра стала культовым стелс-шутером от первого лица. Убивая противников из снайперской винтовки с большим калибром, мы получаем в добавок к основному оружию второстепенное — пистолет, поскольку некоторые противники будут идти на сближение, и не всегда удастся перезарядить винтовку и ударить по ним также неожиданно, как из укрытия.
