Once you own a license for one of our products, the next step is to download and install the software itself.

The simplest way to do this, especially if you own multiple Softube products, is to install Softube Central, our all-in-one product-management hub.

In Softube Central you can download and install new products, or update old products. You can also manage activation of your licenses, either to your machine or to a physical iLok USB key.

Individual installers for Mac
Sometimes, for various reasons, you might wish to manually download an individual product installer, so we also provide that option below. Select the relevant product and click to download the installer. Follow on-screen instructions to install your product, and contact support if you have any problems or questions.

Please note: you will also need the iLok License Manager which can be downloaded HERE.

Latest RTAS version is 1.3.11 shared previously.

EVERY PLUG IN THE BUNDLE WORKS NOW. Validation will crash on most plugs in LPX, but it’s not a problem,
just launch LPX again every time, until it finish validation.

All plugs will be available and working perfectly!

Plugin Installation:
Unpack and move Softube Plug-Ins Control (VST AU).app to /Applications.
Launch it and select the plugs you want to be available in your DAW.
(a.k.a. select them all, since you’re most likely a collector and not a musician )

Crack Installation (no need if you replace dylib for a previous openssh release)
1: QUIT ALL APPLICATIONS AND BACKUP THE DYLIB.
2: Replace the dylib with appropriate one for your system.
3: IMMEDIATELY reboot Mac if you don’t want it to freeze !
4: Thanks openssh who is a fuckin genius.

Stop asking dumb question.
Open menu «Go» in Finder. Select «Go to folder». Paste full path:
/usr/lib/
Hit enter. That’s the place where you need to replace dylib.

All Softube products require a computer with appropriate DAW host software (none of which are included).

Versions from 2.5.18 and newer of the Softube plug-ins have the following minimum requirements:

Windows 10 64-bit (older Windows versions may work but are not tested)

Mac: Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 / Xeon — M1 support pending

Windows: Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 / Xeon / AMD Quad-Core or newer

Screen resolution larger than 1280×800

8 GB RAM or more is recommended, as well as at least 8 GB hard disk space for installation (individual plug-ins take less space, while sample libraries may require additional disk space. Specific information available on each instrument’s page).

Internet access for downloading installers and managing licenses

iLok generation 2 and up, if you intend to use an iLok key for authorizing your plug-ins (note that a physical iLok USB key is not a requirement)

In theory, any 64-bit VST, VST3, AU, or AAX (Pro Tools 11.0.2 or higher) compatible host application should work.

However, due to plug-in host differences between DAWs — and our own rigorous testing standards — we only officially test our plug-ins and instruments in the most recent versions of Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton Live, Studio One, Reaper and Cakewalk. Softube plugins are not tested in non-listed systems, but they most likely work as long as the system requirements are met. We cannot guarantee a solution for issues in unsupported systems.

Note: Softube plug-ins support 64-bit hosts only, and a 64-bit OS is required.

Note: With regards to the different VST formats, we strongly recommend using VST3 as some of our plug-ins have features that are not present in the older VST formats.

Supported sample rates: 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4 and 192 kHz, in both mono and stereo.

The most recent maintenance release of your DAW application is recommended. AAX DSP is not currently in active development. TDM/VENUE are no longer supported (old downloads are available on the Legacy Installers page)

А его «умность» заключается в том, что вместо массы сложных настроек аналогового устройства, он представляет всего несколько удобных элементов управления.
Разработчики говорят, что всё, что Вам нужно — это «выбрать один из 10-ти пресетов (в секции Styles), расположиться в кресле и наслаждаться полученным превосходным звучанием микса».
Кроме того, есть некоторые элементы управления для тех, кто не хочет полностью полагаться на готовые пресеты.
