South Park The Fractured But Whole – продолжение популярной адвенчуры с ролевыми элементами, созданной по одноименному мультсериалу за авторством Трея Паркера и Мэтта Стоуна, пестрящему черным юмором, неполиткорректностью и огромной порцией сатиры. Маленький городок Южный Парк оказался окутанным гражданской войной, а супергерои тем временем ничего не предпринимают для решения проблем. Криминал и преступная деятельность начинают процветать на улицах провинции. Кто-то постоянно ворует кошек. Пришел час, чтобы изменить время и возвратиться назад в прошлое или будущее, или настоящее.

Игроку предстоит снова взять на себя роль так называемого «Новичка», знакомого многим по предшествующей части. И именно он первым делом должен отыскать пропавшего кота Каракуна, сразиться со священниками-педофилами, неполиткорректными шестиклассниками и даже Мексиканоботом – роботом, собранным Хаосом из мексиканцев. Новобранцев не должен смущать факт продолжения серии. Вовсе не обязательно знакомиться с South Park: Stick of Truth чтобы проникнуться сюжетом, да и заслуги прошлого в сиквеле не актуальны, поскольку теперь главным героем может быть девчонка, бисексуал, гомосексуал, полисексуал, пансексуал, асексуал и любой другой –сексуал!

Геймеру предлагается снова создать игрового персонажа с нуля. Местный редактор внешности изобилует огромным количеством инструментов: прическами, бородами, цветами кожи, разрезами глаз, джентльменскими усиками и многим другим. А по мере прохождения можно будет открыть особо прикольные элементы обликов, например, мошонку на подбородок. После создания внешности пользователь получает возможность выбора одного из трех классов: Бластер, Варвар, Окидром, Киборг, Элементаль. Каждый класс упирается в определенных характеристики: одни делают героя сильнее, другие – умнее, быстрее или ловчее.
