Loft-partitions with swing doors

Grid partitions also come with swing doors. Typically, the door is made of the identical material, but exceptions are possible.

The size of the door and hardware are chosen by the client or the designer to conform to individual standards. Door accessories such as door hinges and handles are customized as well, and the client can opt for a locking or regular handle depending on the needs.

Sliding steel doors

Steel partitions with sliders are made of the same steel framing and glass or opaque infills. The doors can slide to one or two sides allowing maximum usage of the opening.

The sliding doors are top hung which means there are no guides on the floor and no tripping hazard. Sliding panels can be alternated with fixed sections.

Bi-folding steel doors

Bi-folding walls work perfectly with industrial loft interiors. They can be infilled with glass and other materials just like all other steel partitions. The modules are built of the same metal framing and are connected with special hinges.

The guides are installed in the ceiling. In the open position, all panels are stacked to one side leaving the opening unobstructed.

Stationary steel divider

Stationary loft-partitions are custom welded structures made of steel profiles. Most of the time the profile is from 3/8” to 2” wide, but one of the pros of the system is that even profile thickness can be customized.

Such a partition is anchored to the walls, floor, and ceiling with special screws. In most cases, the partitions are infilled with the glass, but steel and other materials can be used as well. Framing can also be decorated.

For artisan design and luxury finishes, Crystalia Glass produces a range of steel-framed systems as well as bespoke architectural metal works.

The workshop and factory, based in USA, has its in-house fabrication department to allow us to offer an unparalleled level of detail of our product packages.

Our steel and glass systems include grid partitions and door systems both swing and sliding. Every steel-framed solution we produce is completely bespoke and made to order. This ensures that we fabricate the exact design and finish required for your project.

The artisan nature of steel and steel fabrication offers an alternative solution to designers, and the mixture of bespoke steel productions with patterned glass can offer a striking design.

The factory produces all of our steel partitions and door solutions to order, enabling you to specify your preferences including glass, finish, and hardware.
A slimline steel framework is bonded vertically and horizontally, thereby retaining both the structural stability and acoustic performance of the glass partition, whilst at the same time giving the appearance of cutting through the glass. Several unique finishes are available, the most popular of which is blackening when the special treatment is rubbed in the steel profile to generate a high-end black finish.

The glass can be ¼’’ thick frosted, clear, ribbed and low iron either tempered or laminated.
