Не знаю, стоит ли создавать отдельную тему для моей проблемы, ведь вопрос действительно абсурдный. А может и нет.
У меня из меню «Пуск» пропали «Заметки». То есть, открываю я «Пуск→Все программы → Стандартные», а там нет привычных «Заметок». На всякий случай глянул в «C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories», там все аналогично, значит не глюк самого «Пуска». Заметил также, что пропала и папка(папка с ярлыками) «Планшетный ПК»
За ПК меня не было примерно неделю, хотя компьютер не раз использовался другими людьми, так что, возможно, просто удалили ярлыки. Расположение файла запуска «Заметок» в Гугле я не нашел.
Собственно, сначала интересует месторасположение exe-шников, а если их там нет, то тогда и восстановление.

Сразу скажу — записки (информация в них) в сохранности, ничего не потеряно!
Если зайти по пути: %windir%\system32\StikyNot.exe то Win10 выдаст ошибку, т.к. файла нет в директории. Если скопировать этот файл, скажем, из Win7 — оно не заработает. Кроме того, мы можем найти StikyNot.exe в папке бэкапа, который был создан при установке Anniversary Update: C:\Windows.old\Windows\SYstem32\StikyNot.exe
На текущий момент восстановить работу Записок я не смог, но самое главное, что они в сохранности. Нужно зайти сюда: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Sticky Notes И скопировать находящийся там файл StickyNotes.snt в другую, не убитую, систему Windows 7/10 (предварительно закрыв там записки) и запустив их снова мы получим наши старые записки.
Кто нибудь может туда отписать, т.к. я 1-ый раз туда пытаюсь зайти как «отвечающий» и мне предлагает выбрать свой ник, после выбора ника мне даётся технический отлуп: «<"ErrorMessage":"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again.","IsError":true,"Result":null,"Success":false>«.
Сбросить заметки
Первое, что вы хотите сделать, это сбросить Sticky Notes и посмотреть. Для сброса заметок Windows 10 откройте «Настройки»> «Приложения»> «Заметки»> «Дополнительные параметры». Нажмите кнопку Сбросить . Приложение будет сброшено до значения по умолчанию, а также будут удалены все данные приложения.

Click Start and in the search box, type PowerShell

Reinstall Sticky Notes app from Windows Store
Copy this text and paste in the address bar of File Explorer: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\
Find the file you pasted on the desktop previously and right click on it then select Copy
Go back to File Explorer window and paste the file in.
Launch the app by clicking Start and selecting Sticky Notes, then check that your notes are available.

Solution 3: Create new user profile
Create a new user profile then change settings to administrator privileges, and check if the problem persists.
Click Start
Select Settings
Select Accounts
Click Family and other users
Click Add someone else to this PC
Fill in the form with the user name and password. Your new user account will be created.
Click on Change account type
Click the drop down arrow and choose Administrator to set the account to administrator level
Restart your computer
Login to the new account you just created
If the Sticky Notes app works, then it may mean your other user profile is corrupted, so do the following:
On your new account, use it to downgrade your usual account
Click Apply or Ok
Raise back your old account to its default admin level
Rinse and repeat a few times as this will help to remove any corruption
Leave your account on as Administrator
If the problem disappears, then you can either fix the old user account or migrate to the new account. If not, try the next solution.

If Sticky Notes crashes on Windows 10 Anniversary Update, try disabling Insights. Simply click on the “…” in the top right corner then select the gear in the bottom left corner and toggle off Insights.
