VooV Meeting – приложение для Windows, с помощью которого можно создать видеоконференцию и пригласить до 300 участников. Длительность мероприятия не ограничена. Для использования программы необходимо зарегистрироваться.

Создание конференции

Для того, чтобы начать совещание, нужно нажать на кнопку Start в главном окне программы. Приложение автоматически распознаёт подключенную камеру и микрофон. Чтобы пригласить других участников, следует отправить им идентификатор конференции или ссылку для входа.

Программа позволяет запланировать онлайн встречу с помощью встроенного календаря. Поддерживается интеграция с Microsoft Outlook.

Организатор видеоконференции может установить пароль на подключение или создать закрытую комнату. Активировав функцию Waiting Room, администратор получит возможность вручную подтверждать право входа каждого участника.

Общение и обмен файлами

Участники конференции могут отправлять друг другу документы, изображения и текстовые сообщения. Доступна функция демонстрации экрана. Пользователь может выбрать отдельную область или окно программы для показа. Есть возможность защитить отображаемую информацию от копирования с помощью водяного знака.

В отличие от Jitsi Meet приложение не поддерживает интеграцию со сторонними мессенджерами. Переписываться можно только с помощью встроенного чата.
Программа позволяет передавать видео в высоком разрешении. Интеллектуальные алгоритмы обработки данных обеспечивают высокое качество видео и звука даже при низкой скорости сетевого соединения.
