TickTick – приложение для Windows, с помощью которого можно повысить эффективность использования рабочего времени. Утилита представляет собой планировщик задач, позволяющий организовать совместную работу над проектом. Есть возможность составить список предстоящих дел и получать напоминания.

Авторизация

Для использования программы необходимо создать учетную запись, указав адрес электронной почты и пароль. Можно авторизоваться с помощью аккаунта Google, Facebook или Twitter.

Задачи

Приложение позволяет составить список важных дел и мероприятий. Есть возможность задать приоритет и указать срок исполнения. Для удобства поиска можно добавлять метки. Поддерживается функция сортировки записей по дате создания и названию.

Истинный маньяк планирования никогда не останавливается в исследовании новых способов и приложений для планирования)

Я со всей ответственностью могу заявить: я действительно перепробовала всё, что сейчас представлено на рынке :)) все методики и все приложения прошли мою апробацию, и сейчас, уже год я использую одно приложение, которое полностью на данный момент решает ВСЕ мои потребности в тайм-менеджменте. Это шикарное приложение Tick Tick.

Итак, скачиваем приложение и первое, что мы видим — приятный, лёгкий интерфейс.

Все задачи я предпочитаю структурировать по проектам , поэтому первое, что сделала: определила эти проекты, разбив их по сферам жизни (личное, работа, фриланс).

Любую задачу я фиксирую в приложении, настраивая все возможные опции:

• дату и время
• приоритет выполнения
• периодичность
• оставляя комментарии или чек-листы

В мобильной версии, помимо задач, я фиксирую ещё и привычки, которые хочу привить, какие-то регулярные действия, которые хочу отслеживать. Это очень удобно, потому что в одном приложении ты можешь объединить и какие-то крупные задания и дела, и своё расписание, и рутинные ежедневные повторяющиеся задачи.

Кроме того, в этом же приложении собираются воедино все встречи и задачи и формируется календарь с расписанием, по которому наглядно увидеть свою занятость КОМПЛЕКСНО !

В TickTick очень гибкие настройки программы «под себя»: начиная от визуальной составляющей и заканчивая настройками отображения задач.

Для мотивации программа анализирует достижения всех своих пользователей и показывает, какой процент продуктивности конкретно у тебя. Так, например, я продуктивнее 58% пользователей программы 🙂 приятно, но явно есть куда стремиться!

Таким образом получается, что одна программа объединяет в себе все мыслимые функциональные возможности в планировании: расписание, календарь, проекты, задачи, цикличные действия, привычки.

Если подвести итог, то главные плюсы приложения TickTick:

Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase. Please provide your TickTick account and transaction ID to support@ticktick.com. Meanwhile, to avoid getting charged again, you’re suggested to cancel the subscription from the platform where you purchased TickTick Premium. Please note that if you purchased via App Store on iPhone, you should apply for the refund from Apple.

If I forget to renew my subscription, will I lose all my data?

You will not lose your data such as lists, tasks, images, etc.; however, you won’t be able to add more or use any other premium features until you complete the renewal.

How can I cancel the subscription?

If you upgrade via PayPal on the web, please enter your PayPal and find «Manage automatic payments,» then choose TickTick to cancel.

If you upgrade via Play Store on your Android device, please open Play Store app, tap «Account» in sidebar and tap «Subscriptions,» then find TickTick to cancel.
