Important Notes About SSD Utility

• Windows® and Linux®: Make sure to set your SATA controller to AHCI mode in the motherboard BIOS if it is not; for instructions see the user documentation for your computer.
• SSD Utility is required to be run as a system administrator.
• Internet connection is required for firmware and BIOS updates.
• Updating your firmware with the SSD Utility is not supported under Windows® XP.
• Make back-up copies of any data on the SSD that you want to keep; some operations result in the complete loss of data on the SSD (you will be warned if this will occur).

Работает в среде операционных систем Windows XP_SP2/2003/Vista/7/8/10 (в т.ч. x64 и Windows PE). Требуется запуск с правами администратора (под системами Vista/выше производится запрос на получение прав). Для работы приложения в среде операционных систем Vista и новее накопитель должен быть не размечен.
В архиве несколько вариантов: для SATA SSD, для SATA SSD через USB-мост, для карт памяти. Прочтите ReadMe в архиве.

Результат выводится на экран, а так же сохраняется в текстовый файл smi_flash_id.txt. Туда же дублируются и сообщения об ошибках.

Работает в среде операционных систем Windows XP_SP2/2003/Vista/7/8/10 (в т.ч. x64 и Windows PE). Требуется запуск с правами администратора (под системами Vista/выше производится запрос на получение прав).
Накопитель должен быть подключен к SATA контроллеру (подключение через usb/firewire не поддерживается), поддерживается работа со стандартными драйверами IDE и AHCI от Microsoft, Intel RST. Работоспособность с другими драйверами не проверялась. Наверняка не будет работать с драйверами контроллеров из раздела «SCSI and RAID controllers».

There is no risk of installing the wrong driver. The Driver Update Utility downloads and installs your drivers quickly and easily.

You can scan for driver updates automatically and install them manually with the free version of the Driver Update Utility for Toshiba, or complete all necessary driver updates automatically using the premium version.
