Sony Touchpad Problem with Windows 10 Pro x64

I recently upgraded from Windows 7 x64 to Windows 10 Pro. All of a sudden my touchpad no longer functioned properly, especially the scroll features.

The Sony Vaio VGN-CR190E was originally equipped with Windows Vista. When it was upgraded to Windows 7 a similar problem existed. The fix was to download the Windows 7 driver from Synaptics and install it. Then I downloaded the Sony Synaptics Pointing Device Driver from the Sony website for a VGN-CR590E and install it (it had to be done in this order). The touchpad worked perfectly. The same procedure Does Not work with windows 10.

In windows 10, I open Settings, Devices, Mouse and Touchpad and then Advanced Settings.

In the dialog box I click on the Synaptics tab. All the options are there. However the is a error dialog box that states «windows common shell dll has stopped working».

I have reinsalled Windows 7 and using the above procedure the Touchpad works perfectly.

Sony VAIO VPCSE или SVSE15, SE установка драйверов на Windows 7, Windows 8

1. Стандарный VGA графический адаптер его ИД (как узнать ИД устройства тут) PCI — \VEN_8086&DEV_0166&SUBSYS_909C104D&REV_09 Ставим Intel Graphics Driver HD4000 (переключатель в режиме STAMINA)

2. Стандарный VGA графический адаптер его ИД PCI — \VEN_10DE&DEV_0FD3&SUBSYS_909C104D&REV_A1 переключить в режим SPEED и перегрузить комп, установить драйвер NVIDIA, перегрузится. (для ATI сделать все аналогично)

3. Ethernet controller его ИД PCI — \VEN_10EC&DEV_8168&SUBSYS_909B104D&REV_07 ставим в ручную!. Посмотрите здесь как ставить драйверы в ручную.

4. Fingerprint — USB\VID_08FF&PID_168F&REV_2501 Сканер отпечатков пальцев, просто установить AuthenTec Truite и перезагрузить компьютер

5. PCI controller Simple Communication PCI — \VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A&SUBSYS_909B104D&REV_04 просто установить Intel Management Engine Interface

На рис 2. можно увидеть снимок экрана ДУ после установки драйверов. Должна быть примерно такая же картина (все завесит от конфигурации ПК)

Теперь ложка дегтя. На ОС Windows 7 (32-bit) не получилось установить практически не одной утилиты. Связи с чем «горячие клавиши+Fn» яркости, переключение дисплеев, а также Bluetooth не заработали.

Теперь можно переходить к установки утилит и драйверов только для Windows 7, Windows 8 (64-bit) и Windows 10 .

Запустить *.exe файл из архива, начнется установка, компьютер будет несколько раз перезагружаться, нельзя этот процесс останавливать.
