Many issues with downloads

Downloaded videos very often do not play for some reason + sometimes single download just hangs and you can’t restart it, only removal and re-downloading of all downloads in section helps :(((

Курсы в телефоне — это хорошо. Проблемы с косяками в приложении. Когда только открываешь вроде видео закачивается недолго, но стоит на некоторое время поставить на паузу и зайти позже ф- возникают проблемы: — зависает загрузка видео надолго, первая идея, которая приходит в голову, закрыть приложение — открыть заново, но! — задваиваются (затраиваются, зачетверяются и т.д.) уроки. Вот сколько раз закроешь-откроешь приложение с зависшим видео во столько раз уроки и задвоятся. Есть скрин экрана, могу скинуть. Телефон использую iPhone 7+. Когда система все-таки развисает и можно смотреть видео, то по окончании этого урока переход идёт к задвоенному уроку, то есть опять к этому же уроку, при переключении на следующий урок — опять зависает, бывает что и нет, но это реже.

White screen while playing my courses

Hi, after the last update whenever I try to play a curse I’ve bought I get only audio and white screen. I tried to reinstall the app, I also tried to close all the opened Udemy video courses on my web browsers and mobile devices , but it didn’t help. Could you look into the matter please? The problem with white screen I get only on my iPad. It’s the new iPad with the latest iOS version. I also have an iPhone SE and there’s no such problem there. The problem is gone in the last update v 3.2.2 Thank you very much!

Downloading not working

It’s become impossible to download videos, no progress for two days. I have enough space and other apps download just fine, only Udemy doesn’t. I bought courses to watch offline and I’m very disappointed

udemy-dl for Windows

A windows utility to download videos from udemy for personal offline use, based on https://github.com/gaganpreet/udemy-dl.

For Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10) 32 & 64 bit

Simply call udemy-dl.exe with the full URL to the course page.

udemy-dl.exe will ask for your udemy username (email address) and password then start downloading the videos.

By default, udemy-dl.exe will create a subdirectory based on the course name. If you wish to have the files downloaded to a specific location, use the -o \path\to\directory\ parameter.

If you wish, you can include the username/email and password on the command line using the -u and -p parameters.

For information about all available parameters, use the —help parameter

For updating components or to latest development version, run update.cmd in the same folder of udemy-dl.exe and curl.exe

By default udemy-dl.exe uses aria2c.exe to download the video file. If it is missing it will try curl.exe , and if both these downloaders are missing it will use built in wget function. You can delete area2c.exe if it is not working or wants to use curl.exe .

This tool will use MINOR and PATCH version of https://github.com/gaganpreet/udemy-dl, as MAJOR and MINOR versions, and its own changes as PATCH version. Which will be a dirty approach with http://semver.org/.

For example v 0.1.7 of udemy-dl will be used in v 1.7.X of udemy-dl.exe .
