lsmod | grep hid

Также попробуй отключить девайс от usb, сделать sudo modprobe hid-uclogic и затем подключить его обратно.
и посмотреть сменился ли на что-то usbhid в выхлопах выше

Он пока цепляется дефолтным usbhid как обычные клавомыши. а должны быть еще hid-uclogic hid-kye hid-huion .
Либо их нет, и дровина стоит некорректно (тогда ругнется на этапе modprobe), либо udev утаскивает не на тот драйвер, возможно правилами по ID

Настройка графического планшета с помощью Wacom driver.

Пытался накатить драйвер ваккум, ввел команды:

При install wacom-dkms пишет, что не удалось найти пакет этот.

В чем может быть проблема?

Не в курсе как в убунте (хотя сейчас загружусь в live и проверю), но для работы вакома нужны только libwacom + xf86-input-wacom, при условии, что не забыли включить некоторые опции в ядре, но в большинстве ядер они включены. Настройка вручную через:

Только что проверил, в Ubuntu 16.04.3 работает из коробки (Intuos Art), какой у тебя планшет?

Те репозитарии, что ты привел — протухли в 2013 году.

Планшеты должны работать из коробки, а если ты имеешь в виду GUI-конфигурялку в меню, так её не будет как не крути! Это долгоиграющий, так и не исправленный баг, в 16.10 то же самое.

У тебя сам планшет работает, курсор перемещает, кнопки на стилусе работают (если есть)?

Я в генте настроил просто и быстро, хотя на гуглеж и въезд было потрачено прилично времени, могу подсказать как, если интересует вручной метод.

У меня ugee m708. Планшет работает, плавность тоже присутствует, но кнопки не работают, даже на стилусе. А если xsetwacom tool юзнуть?

Через них я смогу перевенуть мой планшет на 180 градусов и юзнуть кнопки?

I don’t understand how this works I couldn’t even get my Ugee M708 to work in linux the pen would at least kinda move around before I installed this but now it does nothing at all how do I get it to work do I need to do something special I installed headers and the experimental drivers but still nothing I’ve tried installing and reinstalling can someone help I’m new to linux in general

Edit: it seems to be working fine in Mypaint no pressure in gimp or Krita but when I hover the pen the cursor disappears so I can’t see what i’m doing when I try to draw

Actually I’m experiencing issues with this version (kernel 4.6.2) with ugee g3 tablet. The tablet motion work fine, but no pressure sensitivity in mypaint or krita, but I should test older version before to know where is the problem and fill a bug report.

But you should provide more information as kernel (uname -r) evdev version, etc,

Did you install it from source or are you using evdev in new kernels?

Digimend it is supported in recent kernels, so is good to know if your kernel support already this table, In recent kernels evdev package is just the way to install this drivers.

I have to regretfully inform you, that I (the project maintainer) am leaving the project. I’m no longer working on supporting new tablets, nor am I supporting users. I’m still accepting pull requests and work on HOWTOs and syncing with upstream, but only until November 2016. Members of the community may still help other users. Ugee m708 linux driver

1、How to upgrade M708 V2 to support Chromebook (Plug & Play).

1.Please upgrade M708 V2 on a computer running Windows system.

2.Connect your M708 V2 to your Windows computer, make sure it’s firmly plugged in.

3.Save the file named “M708 V2 for Chromebook” then extract it to the desktop.

4.Open the folder then run “UgeeBootLoader.exe” then click “OneKeyUpdate” button.

5.If you can see “Burn success”, please click “X” button to exit.

6.Connect M708 V2 into Chromebook then you can use stylus to control cursor.

Note:

a.Drivers can’t be installed on Android system so the express keys on M708 V2 can’t work on Chromebook.

b.About the pen pressure, it depends on the apps you use, and not all of them support pen pressure.

2、How to use UGEE driver on Mac OS Mojave (10.14)

1. Visit the UGEE website driver page and ( http://www.ugee.net/download/index/id/65.html) , then download and install the latest driver for your operating system.

2. Click on the driver to install. An “ Unidentified developer ” error message will pop up, click the OK button.

3. Open “ System Preferences ” – “ Security & Privacy ”.

4. On the General tab, click “ Open Anyway ” and install the driver.

5. When installation is complete, the tablet setting will open automatically. Close it.

6. Open “ System Preferences ” – “ Security & Privacy ” – “ Privacy ”.

7. On the “Accessibility” tab, click “Unlock” first then click the “+” button.

8. Go to “Application” – “Touch Tablet” folder then choose “TabletSetting” and then click “ Open ”.

9. Make sure “ TabletSetting ” is enabled.

10. Click “+” button again.

11. Go to “Macintosh HD” – “Library” – “Application Support” – “TouchTablet” folder then choose “TouchTabletDriver” and “ Open ”.

12. Make sure “ TabletSetting ” and “ TochTabletDriver ” are both enabled.

13. If yes, close “Security & Privacy”.

14. Open the “ PenTabletSetting ” on Launchpad and then set up your tablet to your preferences.

3、How to use UGEE M708 V2 on Mac OS Mojave (10.14)

1. Please visit the UGEE website ( http://www.ugee.net/download/index/id/65.html) and download and install M708 V2 most recent driver until complete.

2. Open “Launchpad” and find “PenTabletSetting”.

3. Open “ System Preferences ”, then “ Security & Privacy ”.

4. On the “Accessibility” setting, find “Unlock” first then click “PenTabletSetting” and “-” to delete it.

5. Click the “+” button.

6. Go to “Application” – “PenTablet” folder, then choose “PenTabletSetting” and “ Open ” button.

7. Click the “+” button.

8. Go to “Application” – “ Macintosh HD ” – “Library” – “Application Support” – “PenTablet” folder, then choose “PenTabletDriver” and “ Open ” button.

9. Make sure “ PenTabletDriver ” and “ PenTabletSetting ” are both enabled.

10. Close “Security & Privacy”.

11. Open “PenTabletSetting” on Launchpad and set it to your M708 V2.

(1). Please connect one of VGA, DVI or HDMI cable, and Power cable/adapter, USB port to the computer.

(2). Insert the driver included disc into your computer/notebook CD/DVD ROM drive, or Down latest driver from Ugee website and then follow the instructions.

Window OS: If the driver disc did not auto run installation, please explore the file and execute “setup.exe” or “install.exe” to install.

When the driver installation is completed, the small icon indicates the graphic tablet succeeded in installing the driver and is functioning properly.

Mac OS：Open the file list, find “Mac Driver” and run execution file . Follow its install procedure/steps, then reboot the system.

6、How do I install latest driver for Ugee Graphic tablets?

(1). Please uninstall and completely remove any driver you have for other graphics tablet on your computer.

(2). Disable any anti-virus protection program such as Firewall.

(Windows)Make sure that you are installing the driver as the Administrator.

(3). Connect the tablet to computer.

(4). Download the latest driver from Ugee website

(5) . Unzip the file, follow the steps to install the driver.

Window OS: please explore the file and execute “setup.exe” or “install.exe” to install. When the driver installation is completed, the small icon indicates the graphic tablet succeeded in installing the driver and is functioning properly.

Mac OS：Open the file list, find “Mac Driver” and run execution file . Follow its install procedure/steps, then reboot the system.

7、How will I know if the driver is completely installed?

When the driver is completely installed you will see an icon “” appearing on the system tray (lower right corner). Once completed, the digital pen should be in control of the cursor, and activated for configuration on the pressure test area.

8、How do I completely remove previous drivers?/ How to delete “wintab32.dll”?

If you had uninstalled all of the graphic tablet, graphic tablet monitor’s driver. Then when you want to install the Ugee driver, you still get the error message.

1.Close all of the software and disable Antivirus and Firewall.
2.Go to the “Programs and Features” and make sure you have uninstall all of the tablet drivers.

3. Open the «Task Manager“ and locate the «Tablet Client Driver (32bit)» and «Wintab Service (32bit)» files then click «End task” to remove them.

4. Go to the “File explorer”
(1). Choice device C:
(2). Type the “wintab32.dll”on the right top side bar and click enter to search.
(3). If you can find the files, please delete all of them.

5. When you delete them and get this message. It’s meaning one or more software are catching the “Wintab32.dll” file. Please try to close the software on the task bar then delete again.

9、How to Uninstall driver?

(1) Run ‘Start’ ——‘All Program’——’Ugee’—- ‘Uninstall’

Follow the unload tips until unloading is finished

(2) Run ‘Control pannel——‘Unistall a program’——find ’Pen tablet’or ‘UGEE’or’Driver V5.02’—- choose ‘Uninstall/Change’

Follow the unload tips until unloading is finished

(1) Open’Finder’——’Application’——’Pen tablet Setting’——’Uninstall PenTablet Driver’

If the first method do not uninstall the driver completely, please

(2) Open’Finder’——’Application’——’Pen tablet Setting’ please delete the file directly.

10、After rebooting my computer to finish the driver installation, the tablet icon doesn’t appear in my taskbar.

Sometimes, the tablet icon will be hide, please press the arrow on the right side to display the hide icons

(1). Open Task Manager and locate the Tablet Client Driver & Wintab Service processes.

Tips “I don’t see Tablet Client Driver.”

○ Open File Explorer and double-click your C:\ drive.

（2）.Type wtclient into the search bar and click enter. You should see the 2 files shown in the diagram below.

a. Double-click each of the files. The message, “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?” should appear. Click “Yes.”

b. Open Task Manager. You should now see the Tablet Client Driver process.

Tips “I don’t see Wintab Service.”

a. Open Control panel > Administrative Tools and run Services.

b.Find WinTab Service. Right-click and choose Start.

c. Open Task Manager. You should now see Wintab Service.

d. Reboot your computer. After your system loads the desktop, “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your PC?” should appear again. Click “Yes”.

e. You should now see the tablet icon on your taskbar. Double-click it to test your pen pressure.
