Главное, чтобы драйвера стояли на все устройства ноутбука. И то если чем-то не пользуетесь, например bluetooth, можно и не ставить. На счёт ПО, опять же по мере надобности. Эти утилиты не являются обязательными к установке.
Но есть ПО и необходимое для установки, например дабы работали кнопки регулировки яркости и другие функциональные клавиши, управление питанием и т.д.
На счёт драйверов, начать нужно и можно с чипсета, если в конце затребует перезагрузку, то выполнить рекомендуется. Так же и с остальными драйверами.
