Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services windows 10
Всем привет сегодня расскажу как решается ошибка Error 1920.Service MSMFramework (MSMFramework) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services при установке MegaRAID Storage Manager.
Вот так вот просто решается ошибка Error 1920.Service MSMFramework (MSMFramework) failed to start. Спасибо за внимание. Если у вас есть вопрос, то задавайте их в комментариях.

Do you know when this problem began? Try a System Restore to a point in time BEFORE the problem began. Here’s the procedure: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/ . Be sure to check the box to show more than 5 days of restore points. If the first attempt fails, then try an earlier point or two. NOTE: You will have to re-install any software and updates you installed between now and the restore point, but you can use Windows Update for the updates. Use the recovery disk if the system prompt doesn’t work. The recovery disk works a bit different from the above procedures but if you follow the prompts from the System Restore menu option with the above information you should be able to restore with no problems.
Did you EVER have Norton or McAfee installled on your system even if they were never used?
Enable the Hidden Administrator Account (HAA) using http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/67567-administrator-account.html. If you can’t remember the password, try nothing as that’s probably what you (or the vendor) did during installation. Use this account to create another administrator account and to change the system services you couldn’t change. Once done, be sure to deactivate the HAA to save it in case it’s needed again and for security purposes (since people often try to hack into systems using this account). Do NOT use the HAA as your administrator account because if you lose the only administrator account on the system or it becomes corrupt again then you are hosed. Now try using the new administrator account to change system services. If it works, you may have a defective user profile. To fix this use http://windows.microsoft.com/en-AU/windows-vista/Fix-a-corrupted-user-profile .
I hope this helps. Keep me posted.

verify that you have sufficient privileges to initialize systems services
I have a problem to uninstall the software : «
Intel(R) PROSet/Wireless Software for Bluetooth(R) Technology»
Every time I tried to remove it I get the error :
«T here is a problem with this windows installer package. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to initialize systems services «
I already tried to reinstall this software to remove it later, but every time i want to install or uninstall I get the same error message.
The safe mode doesn’t helped.
My operative system is Windows 7 Home 64 bits.
Please can anyone help me?
1. Does this issue occur only when you try to install/uninstall this particular software or happens with installing/uninstalling other software as well?
2. Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
Method 1: Start the computer in clean boot to check and then try to install/uninstall the program and check if you’re able to uninstall the software. To configure your computer to clean boot refer the following link.
Note: After you have finished troubleshooting, follow step 7 in the article to boot to normal startup.
Method 2: Make sure that the Windows Installer service is enabled.
a) Click on Start and type ‘Services.msc’ and press ENTER.
b) Right-click the Windows Installer service, and then click Properties.
c) If the Startup type box is set to Disabled, change it to ‘Automatic’.
d) Click OK to close the Properties window.
e) Right-click the Windows Installer service, and then click Start.
Method 3: If the above steps did not help then follow the steps from the following link and check if that helps.

How to Verify That You Have Sufficient Privileges to Install System Services
The log on as a service user right allows accounts to start or run services on a Windows machine. By default, and due to security reasons, services can only be configured to run under the Local System, Local Service or Network Service accounts which have a built-in right to log on as a service. Any other user account that requires to run a service must be assigned this right.
When installing Parallels® Remote Application Server (RAS), if the user that is logged on does not have sufficient privileges to install system services, the following error may appear:
“Service ‘RAS RD Session Host Agent’ (RAS RD Session Host Agent) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services”.
Resolution
- Run gpedit.msc.
- Navigate to Computer Configuration > Windows Settings > Security Settings > Local Policies >User Rights Assignment.
- In the details pane, double-click Log on as a service.
- Click Add User or Group… and add the account to the list of accounts that have the Log on as a service right. Once you have selected the user, click OK.
- Click OK and close the policy editor.
Supported on
RAS RD Session Host Agent is supported on the following operating systems:
- Windows Server 2019
- Windows Server 2016
- Windows Server 2012 R2
- Windows Server 2012
- Windows Server 2008 R2
- Windows Server 2008
