Использование виджетов в Центре уведомлений

ОС macOS Big Sur представляет красивые виджеты с обновленным дизайном для Центра уведомлений. Виджеты бывают разных размеров, вы можете выбрать подходящий.

Как просмотреть виджеты

Чтобы увидеть виджеты в macOS Big Sur, откройте Центр уведомлений:

• щелкните дату или время в строке меню;
• или проведите двумя пальцами влево от правого края трекпада.

Сверху Центр уведомлений показывает недавние уведомления, а затем — виджеты.

Прокрутите вниз Центр уведомлений и нажмите «Изменить виджеты».

В режиме «Изменить виджеты» нажмите кнопку «Добавить» в углу любого виджета. Если виджет доступен в разных размерах, нажмите кнопку «Маленький» , «Средний» или «Большой» перед его добавлением. По завершении нажмите кнопку «Готово».

Удаление виджетов из Центра уведомлений

В режиме «Изменить виджеты» нажмите кнопку «Удалить» в углу виджета. Затем нажмите кнопку «Готово».

В разделе виджетов Центра уведомлений перетащите любой виджет в нужное место. Чтобы изменить порядок виджетов, не нужно заходить в режим «Изменить виджеты».

Больше виджетов

PERFECT

This app works like a dream! So far this is the only app I have been able to find that will let you set multiple alarms in the Mac App Store. There are apps that do multiple timers, but this app actually lets you set alarms. You can choose to have a sound play, or (and I LOVE this option) you can have it speak a customizable message to you when the alarm goes off (You can also choose how many times you want the message to repeat as well as what you want the notification banner to say). This is extremely helpful when I have multiple alarms going and need a reminder for what is when. For example, I’ll have the alarm say, «You have five minutes until your Physics class zoom meeting.» and ALL OF THIS IS FREE. Unlike other apps where all of the great features are barred from you by an obnoxious premium purchase, this app FREELY gives you all of these great features. 11/10 reccomend this app. It really works like a dream and the layout is very customizable and user-friendly.

FYI I am running OS Big Sur

I reopened he app, and updated it. It seems to be staying put; however, when I click on a timer to change it, the app crashes. So, I cannot add a new timer, or modify one. What I have is what I have.

I just want to say that the reason I am sticking with the app is that it is one of the only apps that is anywhere close to what I want.

** Reevaluating my review. **

I like the app, and I use for about 15 countdown timeers (events, projects, etc.). I also run a high-end system with four monitors, and a drawing tablet. It took me about an hour to set up all the timers, and I placed off to the side of the left-most monitor.

Well, every few days, when I boot up my system, all of the reminders move to the middle of my main screen. It takes about 10 minutes to get them back into place.

If I only had one or two timers, it would be frusrating enough, but 15 is too many to have to reposition every few days.

Guss I am i the market for a new countdown timer.

A month or so ago, I gave this app a 1-star review because it would not open. So, I tucked it away, and forgot about it.

The company sent me a nice email, asking me to contact them. So, I dragged the app out, and tried to fire it up. low and behold it is now working fine.

The Mac IOS has been going through some updates lately, so maybe that was it.

It does everything it claims.

One and Only Reminder App You Will Ever Need !

I love the simplicity of this desktop reminder for my iMac. It is highly visible, but yyou have options to adjust how you wish it to appear..IE..Circular , Title , Full size. You can try the FREE version in the App Store, but after using this for one day..I upgraded to the PRO version, and I PROMISE you will never have regrets with this program. I had owned the Microsoft Home and Business just to have the feature of the pop=up reminders in «Outlook». After I started using «Countdown Timer Plus». I uninstalled all of Microsoft software, and will never go back to using their products on any of my Apple systems.

Press the “W” icon at the top-left to reveal the settings panel. You can change the look of the widgets by adding a border, change the margin or change the radius of the edges. From the settings panel, widgets can be reordered or hidden. (Set width to “None” to hide a widget.)

The app also respects your privacy. The Weather widget asks for your zip code to get an approximate location, in order to find the nearest weather station. Photics doesn’t collect this information. However, the Weather widget will create a connection to api.weather.gov. For more information on their privacy policy, see https://www.weather.gov/privacy. The general goal is for the app to work offline, but the Weather widget simply requires Internet access.

The app is also ridiculously responsive. The idea is to maximize space. If you want to squish the app off to the side, the app is fine with that. Each widget is designed to fit in a 200×200 square. But if more space is available, many of the widgets will stretch out to maximize the available area. This shapeshifting design makes Widgets more versatile.

12 полезных виджетов для дашборда в OS X

Dashboard в OS X — это место, куда можно поместить виджеты для мгновенного доступа к различным приложениям и сайтам. Он запускается сочетанием клавиш Fn + F12. По умолчанию Dashboard выглядит так:

Как видите, ничего интересного. Но если потратить немного времени, то можно превратить его в удобную площадку для начала работы с Mac. Просто надо добавить виджетов.

Во-первых, разместить на нем любимые сайты. Делается это так:

• 1. Открываем нужный сайт в браузере Safari;
• 2. Выбираем Файл ->Открыть в Dashboard;
• 3. Выделяем часть страницы, которую надо отображать в виджете и нажимаем кнопку Добавить;
• Убеждаемся, что на Dashboard появился новый виджет.

Помимо сайтов на Dashboard можно добавлять виджеты-приложения. О 12 самых полезных из сейчас расскажем.

Как устанавливать виджеты из статьи?

После загрузки файла по ссылке (с расширением wght) надо кликнуть на него два раза и подтвердить установку. После этого новый виджет появится в списке дополнительных виджетов, которые доступны после клика на плюсик в левом нижнем углу экрана Dashboard.
