How to Update Device Drivers

Установка WEB камеры Vimicro USB 2.0 UVC PC Camera A10 украинской фирмы Gemix

WEB камера очень хорошая, судя по надписям и характеристикам. Мои знакомые купили её — ведь на ней написано, что она совместима с Windows XP и подходит для работы в Skype. Никто не объяснял им при покупке как подключать и как устанавливать и вот они с лёту, прийдя домой подключили к USB-порту свою WEB камеру и . их ждало большое разочарование.

Первое подключение WEB камеры

Камера показывала себя в Skype, правда мутно и без фокуса, и при этом пропадал интернет. Оказалось, что сетевая карта получала IP 0.2.0.2 и входила в ступор. Нажимая «Исправить» ничего не получалось — пишет «Не могу исправить так как не удаётся обновить IP-адрес». Мало того — не помогал всеведущий «Reset», помогающий от всех бед. Помогало только «Программы-> Стандартные-> Служебные-> Восстановление системы». Откатывали на 3 часа назад в контрольную точку. В диспетчерах устройств камера определилась как «Устройство для показа изображения» — и я отправился на сайт производителя.

Первая установка драйверов для WEB камеры A10

Скачав драйвера — система увидела и определила камеру, но винда повела себя неадекватно — в «Сетевых подключениях» исчезло «Подключение по локальной сети» и все мои потуги ничего не давали. Я откатил систему на один день назад.

Я удалил из устройств сетевую карту и установил драйвера заново. И, о чудо, после перезагрузки и камера работает и интернет есть. Оказалось это камера Vimicro USB 2.0 UVC PC Camera.

Фокусировка WEB камеры A10

Мутное изображение меня не устраивало и я начал искать в компе — где же она регулируется? Обыскавшись по компу стал искать в инэте. Нескоро, но нашёл — оказывается на самой Web-камере есть объектив и он крутится, регулируя фокусное расстояние — что мне и было нужно.
