Вышли исправленные версии драйвера для операционной системы Mac OS 10.15 Catalina и Windows.

Также вышла новая версия драйвера для Windows, наконец решена проблема с пропадающим курсором в версии 1903, для этого нужно установить новый драйвер и опциональное обновление https://support.microsoft.com/help/4517211/windows-10..

Кроме поддержки 10.15 и решения проблем с курсором в Windows 10 build 1903, добавлены и другие изменения (Mac и Windows), с которыми можно ознакомиться в соответствующих release notes.

Драйвера поддерживают Intuos 4 и выше (профессиональная линейка), Intuos/One By Wacom (все серии, пользовательская линейка). Планшеты серий Intuos 3/Bamboo и более старые данным драйвером не поддерживаются.

Совместимость Mac и Wacom

Появился в моих руках графический планшет Wacom bamboo cth-470, но с моим Маком дружить он почему-то не хочет. Драйверы, соответственно, устанавливал и переустанавливал. В гугле ничего не нашел или плохо гуглил. Ось OS X el capitan 10.11.6

Неужели у них не только для винды драйвера — полное говно? Под Win-10 просто с бубнами и плясками их драйвера для 471-й модели ставил с привлечением каких-то дополнительных утилит.

Что характерно, решение тогда нашел не на официальном форуме, а тут же, на пикабу 😉

У меня такая же проблема, помогите плиииз. Очень благодарна буду. На моем основном пользователе не видит Wacom INTUOS 4 (PTK-640), а вот если создать нового пользователя, то там все отлично. Но мне то надо работать в основном. Может какой-то конфликт с другим софтом?

Всем привет, меня зовут Вика, мне 12 лет. Я мечтаю стать художником аниматором. Не так давно я приобрела графический планшет wacom, какой именно, уже не помню, хах. Хочу показать свои первые рисунки на нём! 🙂 Если вы начали смотреть этот пост, то посмотрите, пожалуйста, до конца, потому что второй рисунок намного круче!

Альтернативный выбор графического планшета

Зашла речь о покупки графического планшета для ПК, и сразу появилось два варианта: дорого и знакомо (Wacom) или попробовать новое и дешевле. Бюджет был в размере 6 т.р. , на данный момент за такие деньги «инопланетяне» предлагают очень скудный выбор.

Думал, что за такие деньги можно забыть про хороший графический планшет. Но на глаза попалась фирма под названием HUION. Решил проверить есть ли официальный сайт данной компании посмотреть их ассортимент и узнать продаются ли он на Aliexpress. Что сразу меня удивило так это цена. Я был просто в ШОКЕ. На сколько накручивает на нас ритейлеры. Для сравнения цена все у тех же барыг и на али.

ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ДАННОГО ПЛАНШЕТА.

Размер: 360x240x10 мм

Рабочая поверхность: 10″ x 6.25″ (примерно 25×16 см)

Разрешение: 5080 LPI(линий на дюйм)

Частота опроса: 233 RPS

Уровней нажатия: 2048

Высота считывания: 0.4″ (1 см)

Интерфейс подключения: USB 1.1

Поддержка ОС: Windows Vista/XP/2000/7/8/8.1, Mac OS X10.7.0 or later

Длина кабеля: 1.5 м

За 5.5 тыс.р можно получить такой же планшет+ Microsd 8g + защитный экран+ перчатку для рисования+ 2 ручки , чехол для переноски и 10 шт. сменных перьев. И все это за 5.5 тыс. р. Моей радости не было придела. Особенно смотря на цену такого планшета у барыг. Был сделан заказ и он уже ко мне пришел и был опробован. Что охота сказать по данному планшету. На данный момент на официальном сайте есть 3 вида данной модели: NEW 1060 plus, 1060 plus и 1060 pro. Отличие new 1060 plus от 1060 plus, всего одно, это утопленные кнопки, которые позволяют вести перо чуть дальше. Отличия же 1060 plus от PRO, это 12 активных кнопок и микро usb у plus версии , вместо 6 кнопок и мини usb у PRO версии.

Что касается самой работы, между кнопками на планшете расположены 2 диода, которые светятся при использовании и меняют свою интенсивность свечения в зависимости от силы нажатия пера

На рабочей поверхности так же есть 16 софт клавиш, позволяющие запрограммировать их на ваш вкус. Пластик, к сожалению очень маркий, малейшее прикосновение и остаётся жирный след. Сборка же корпус сделана очень хорошо.

На первый взгляд перо похоже на Wacom. Материал пера сделан из софт-тач пластика. Имеет 2 кнопки, чувствительность рабочего пера 2048 уровней сил нажатия. На Обратной стороне пера, расположено гнездо для зарядки. Производитель обещает, что ручка работает до 800 часов от одной зарядки. Единственный минус у Huion, это отсутствие чувствительности угла наклона пера относительно планшета. При зарядке, перо начинает светится красными светодиодами.

Если удерживать перо на расстоянии до 1 см над планшетом, то курсор будет перемещаться в то место, куда указывает кончик пера. Если после этого нажать кончиком пера на планшет, то сработает левый клик мыши. Графический редактор при этом будет учитывать силу нажатия, на которую можно назначить толщину штриха или прозрачность. Сама рабочая поверхность гладкая и перо легко скользит по поверхности. Распознавание позиций весьма точное, задержки срабатывания нет.

Такой планшет хорошо подойдёт для начинающих, с ним комфортно работать. Да во многих моментах он уступает такому бренду как Wacom, но тем не менее со своими задачами справляется очень хорошо. Разработчикам пришлось сэкономить на многих вещах, чтобы сделать такую низкую цену.

Если вы работаете на планшетах Wacom и хотите сменить его, то вам наверно будет не хватать ластика и кольца Touch Wheel, кончик пера будет вести себя немного по-другому и перо иногда придётся заряжать.

Question: Q: input monitoring, my iMac and Wacom tablet

I keep getting this message «Security settings prevented the Wacom Software from posting an event» which prevents me from using pen on Wacom tablet. I’ve followed the directions given to allow accessibility but it doesn’t work. I recently upgraded to Mac Catalina and also updated Wacom Intuos Pro tablet. Anyone else having this problem?

Also, I’m not able to add any applications to «Input Monitoring» in the Security and Privacy panel.

Some advice, suggestions, help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. I see that you’re having issues using your Wacom pen on your Mac due to security settings and I’d like to help.

Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy and select the Privacy tab. Under Accessibility option, do you see the Wacom app on that list? If yes, then try toggling that option by unchecking the box and then checking it again.

If that doesn’t help, try removing the Wacom app under Accessibility by selecting the app and clicking on the minus tab below. You can add the app again by clicking on the plus tab.

Once these steps has been done, go ahead and restart your Mac to try again. Here’s a helpful resource as well: Safely open apps on your Mac

THANK YOU . Wacom was totally useless. Once I removed all the Wacom bits from Accessibility by selecting each one, then hitting the minus button, cold started, moved the pen on the tablet I got request to add WacomIO driver, did that, then everything worked. Note that simply toggling these items off won’t fix the problem, you have to actually remove them and add them back. I did not have to mess with Input Monitor at all, contrary to what Wacom said. Also of important note : I did new install on new machine. when you have the driver bits installed from previous OS version or imported via migration assistant, you don’t have these Problems.

after removing the wacom items, they simply don’t reappear like that. you need to reboot, make sure the tablet is plugged in, click on the tablet and then you’ll get an OS requester to allow access by the wacom driver to accessibility and / or after reboot the items will repopulate if the tablet used.

To get this working, two options.

(1) (recommended for those that aren’t overly Mac savvy):

Completely uninstall the Wacom software: https://www.wacom.com/en-es/support?guideTitle=How-do-I-uninstall-anhttps://www.wacom.com/en-au/support?guideTitle=Is-there-a-driver-for-Mac-OS-10.15-Catalina%3F&guideId=015-916
Install the free version of «Colorsnapper 2». Run it, enable the trial, enable all the privacy access permissions in System Preferences, run it again.
Now install the Wacom drivers for your device. Enable all the privacy access permissions.
Delete «Colorsnapper 2» (if you want)

(2) (if you want to hack around in the system directories):

Chances are you can’t drag the drivers into «Input Monitoring», yes?
Install the trial of «Colorsnapper 2». Run it, enable the trial, enable all the privacy access permissions in System Preferences, run it again.
Now you will be able to drag the drivers into «Input Monitoring».
Delete «Colorsnapper 2» (if you want)

For some reason the Wacom install cannot initiate permission requests for «Input Monitoring». But if some other app has done it first, then the Wacom install works.

I followed as you said but was unable to uncheck the Wacom io manager it just stayed check and I could not use the minus option either it didn’t do anything

the control panel itself has to be unlocked. on the bottom left there is a lock icon. click it, enter your admin password or finger print ID, then it will work. you have to have admin access.

«Minus -» all the Wacom objects in accessibility (not just uncheck), unplug Wacom, restart Mac, plug back in Wacom, give permission to the Wacom IO driver in Privacy and Security, and it will work. What happens is if you do not do this within 30 minutes of installing the Wacom drivers, the IOManager from Wacom does a time out and you have to reset it.

Since Catalina has extra security, you have to follow the instructions strictly pertaining to input devices. It’s mostly user error and not knowing how to use System Prefs properly the first time you install. You may have to go into Input Monitoring and check the Wacom Desktop Center and any Wacom drivers. The reason for the error is the IO Manager (responsible for logging) can’t write to the log file and fails with a pop-up warning (yes, very annoying). I have done this for many of our employees Macs on Catalina and is nothing short of pure frustration. This will work.

I posted pretty much the same thing with maybe a few tweaks. It took me many days of troubleshooting a lot of systems after upgrades and finally realized it’s the pesky IOManager losing its ability to write to the logs. Thank you!

I have this problem as the post above with the Wacom Tablet, and tried all the suggestions, checking, unchecking deleting the app, reinstalling the app, with reboot on each try, and still getting the message about that security settings. Also I use Mahove 10.4.6. This is terribly frustrating. Please can you advise a solution.

Same problem for me tried everything above. I managed to get it working by doing this

Open the Go menu once again and Type: /Library/Application Support/Tablet/ check there is the wacom tablet and touch drivers app files in there. I didn’t originally have them and it was empty. I reinstalled the latest drivers many times and it still didn’t add the files. I manually had to extract them into the folder direct from the driver .dmg file using a package utility. ( I used the utility «Suspicious Package» although I’m sure there are lots of others out there) Once in there you can do a quick check by running the driver direct from that location. After a minute it will show up in the wacom desktop centre.
Install colour snapper 2.0 trial as per the above instructions and run it. although it didn’t prompt to add into the input monitoring until after I ran the app and then opened via the icon in the menu bar. I could then drag and drop the driver apps into there from Library/Application Support/Tablet/ folder.
I then reinstalled the drivers again over the top of what was there and restarted.

For me there appeared to be a number of permission denied errors behind the scenes when installing the latest drivers which is not adding all the required apps & driver files correctly. which I can only suspect is due to apples increased security and wacoms poor packaging of the app.

This worked for me. I unplugged the tablet, minused the io driver in Accessibility and minused every file in Input monitoring and now it’s blank on the right but at least my tablet works. Thanks!
