Проблема у людей в том, что они включают погоду, а оно никак на их действия не реагирует. Остальное вроде у них показывает.

Windows 10 Notifications on Lock Screen (Weather App)

To whom it may concern,

Installed on the computer is Windows 10 Home, Version 1909, OS Build 18363.1256. The weather app does not work on lock screen. The notifications & actions section is configured for «get notifications from apps and other senders», «show notifications on the lock screen». The lock screen section is configured for background «picture», «get fun facts, tips, and more from Windows and Cortana on your lock screen», «weather app selected for choose one app to show detailed status on the lock screen».

SFC and DISM commands report zero errors.

Within the Windows 10 Registry under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings, the DWORD (32 bit) Value was modified to 1 for NOC_GLOBAL_SETTING_ALLOW_CRITICAL_TOASTS_ABOVE_LOCK. Advise on Windows 10 Registry modifications to allow for the weather app to work on the lock screen. Any suggestions to the Windows 10 Registry modifications for HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Notifications\Settings and/or HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Lock Screen?

I wish I didn’t arrive too late with the answer to your question and also that you can still contribute in some way.

Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Quick actions> Add or remove quick actions

You can enable any (or all) quick actions or you can turn them off.

To choose which quick actions will appear above the range in the quick actions menu, go to:

Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Quick actions
and drag the icons to prioritize them. The four icons of your choice will appear above the range and the rest will only appear when you click the «Expand» button.

Privacy
Notifications will automatically appear on the Windows 10 lock screen. But if you do not want notifications to appear, taking away your privacy if you have more people around, you can fix it.

To remove all notifications from the lock screen, go to:

Settings> System> Notifications and Actions> Notifications

and turn off the toggle switch under «Show notifications on the lock screen»

To hide notifications on the lock screen of a specific application, go to

Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Get notifications from these senders
and click on the app you want to configure.

Then, in the app settings menu, turn off the «Keep notifications private on the lock screen» toggle switch.

Choose your priorities
Notifications appear in pop-ups everywhere (on the lock screen, on your desktop, on your smartphone . ), but they really come from the center of action. Not all app notifications are important and Windows 10 allows you to prioritize which apps will continue to issue notifications.
To set notification priorities for an application, go to:

Settings> System> Notifications and Actions> Get notifications from these sender
Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Get notifications from these senders
and click on the app you want to configure.

Under «Priority of notifications in Action Center», select a priority level: Top (showing at the top of the action center), High (Displayed in the middle of the action center) or Normal (displayed at the bottom of the action center). All applications are already set to «normal» priority by default.

In this menu you can also choose how many of an application’s notifications will be visible in the center of the action at the same time. The setting, by default, is 3. But you can also set it to 1, 5, 10 or 20 from the drop-down menu below the «Number of notifications visible in the Action Center» (Number of notifications in Action Center).

Notification sounds
If you want to keep notifications, but don’t like the sounds they make and want to turn it off, or want to change the notification sound, you need to access the Control Panel.

But you can turn off sounds for apps individually. for this go to:

Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Get notifications from these senders
click on the desired application and turn off the toggle switch under «Play a sound when notification arrives» (Play a sound when a notification arrives).

However, you cannot do this for all notifications at the same time.

To turn off or change the sound on all app notifications:

Right-click on the «Start» button and open the «Control Panel». Then click on «Sound».

In the window that opens, select the «Sounds» tab and, in the program event box, scroll down the list to «Notifications» (under the Windows tree) and click on it.

Now, you can choose a different sound for notifications or none by clicking on the drop down menu above the «Ok» button. Once you have chosen the type of sound, click on «Apply».

Get rid of all notifications completely
If you want to end notifications, no problem. It is very easy to configure them so that they are invisible in Windows 10. To disable all of them, from all applications, go to:

Settings> System> Notifications & actions> Notifications
and turn off the toggle switch under «Get notifications from apps and other senders».

If you want to disable notifications from just a specific application, go to «Receive notifications from these senders» (Get Notifications from these senders). and change the toggle switch to «off» for each app individually.

To hide the Action Center icon from the taskbar, right click on the taskbar and select «Settings» (Settings), Below the notification area, change the toggle switch to «off» and you’re done!
