Для сброса триального периода (Trial Evaluation) в PHPStorm необходимо:

Удалить файл /Users/ /Library/Preferences/PhpStorm /eval/PhpStorm .evaluation.key
Удалить файл /Users/ /Library/Preferences/PhpStorm /options/options.xml

Удалить файл /Users/ /.PhpStorm /config/eval/PhpStorm .evaluation.key
Удалить файл /Users/ /.PhpStorm /config/options/options.xml
В реестре удалить HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\jetbrains\phpstorm

Уже строки отвечающие за триал находятся в файле other.xml. В любом случае спасибо ))) особенно за ключик

ну ок, удалил. теперь не грузиться вообще. пару раз подпрыгнуло и тишина. Дальше что?

Теперь файлы и папки Для Windows лежат тут

для WebStorm помогло даже ) если конечно комменты прочитать сперва
огромное тебе спасибо добрый человек, а то я весь вечер искал где бы взять сервер лицензий, а тут всего два файла и ключ из реестра грохнул и все!

Блин, это так гениально просто, что я аж рассмеялся!
А тот тут ищешь всякие ключи, лицензии. Они слетают )

В общем на Мак ОС поискал в Файндере папку PhpStorm2020.1 и в ней в папке eval удалил файлы ознакомительных лицензий и вуаля! )

Для windows 10 работает, спасибо)
Удалить:
C:\Users\. \AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.1\eval
C:\Users\. \AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.1\options\others.xml
В реестре удалить:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\jetbrains\phpstorm

Триал оно может и сбрасывает но через пару минут прилетает «Your evaluation license has expired» (2020.1.4 )

No need to delete the other.xml file. Just clear any xml properties with names starting with «evlsprt» and you’re done

Your evaluation license has expired. PHP Storm will now exit

Как и у Alex’a такое появляется через несколько минут.
Пользуюсь плагином для сброса лицензии, светится еще 30 дней.

Какие еще предложения, ребята?

Сделал по комментарию MD и триал сбросился. То есть, оставался 1 день, а теперь снова 30 дней.

Видалити треба не весь файл C:\Users\. \AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.1\options\others.xml — інакше потім прийцдеться налаштовувати середовище.
А тільки три строчки:

На 2020.2 сработало:
C:\Users\. \AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.1\eval
C:\Users\. \AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.1\options\others.xml
В реестре удалить HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Prefs\jetbrains\phpstorm

Сработало но не на долго. Со временем выводит окно с уведомлением и закрывает phpstorm, даже пяти минут не проходит.

У меня на 2020.1 на MacOS файлы лежат в

  • замочил ключ
  • в other.xml удалил вот эту парашу

Все работает. После манипуляций триал продлился еще на месяц. Нет смысла искать ключи 🙂 Спасибо за пост и комментарии 🙂

2020.2.3 не работает на Ubuntu, есть идеи?

! Перед удалением сделайте экспорт настроек IDE

В PhpStrom 2020.2.3 удалить c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\JetBrains\PhpStorm2020.2\phpstorm.key

Mac os 10.15.7 storm 2020.1 помогло удаление:
1) ../PhpStorm2020.1/eval/PhpStorm.evaluation.key
2) из файла ../PhpStorm2020.1/options/others.xml — строчку с

триал снова 30 дней, настройки целы

уже ниодин ключ для 2019.3 не работает

Как сбросить тестовый период Phpstorm на Linux Ubuntu и Windows-10 и восстановить проекты и подключения

Сброс на Linux Ubuntu

Версии для проверки

  • PhpStorm 2019.2.2 Build#PS-192.6603.42, built on September 12, 2019
  • Linux w651 3.13.0-32-generic #57-Ubuntu SMP

Сброс тестового периода

Сбросить тестовый период можно из консоли, выполнив следующие команды:

/.PhpStorm[version]
rm config/eval/PhpStorm[version].evaluation.key
rm config/options
cd

/.java/.userPrefs/jetbrains
rm -rf phpstorm

Для перехода к директории .PhpStorm[version] наберите в консоле cd

Это решение скопировано с интернет и оно работает. Таким образом тестовый период 30 дней будет сброшен и можно начать новый.

Для перемещения файлов лучше воспользоваться файл-менеджером Dolphin или каким-либо другим. Если вы собираетесь восстановить рабочее пространство, сохраните файлы из config/options отдельно для последующего использования

Восстановление проектов и подключений

Списки проектов и подключений находятся в двух файлах webServers.xml и recentProjectDirectories.xml

Файл recentProjectDirectories.xml имеет примерно следующий вид:

Для каждого, описанного в файле проекта, существуют свои projectOpenTimestamp и buildTimestamp которые необходимо заменить на актуальные. Например, после сброса тестового периода, создайте новый пустой проект и скопируйте актуальные значения параметров из нового файла

После этого осталось только переместить обратно в config/options/ старый webServers.xml и обновленный recentProjectDirectories.xml. Восстановить цветовую схему и другие опци можно используя другие файлы каталога config/options/

Сброс на Windows-10

Версии для проверки

  • PhpStorm 2020.1
  • Windows-10 Pro Сборка 19041

Сброс тестового периода

На Windows, после истечения пробного периода, phpStorm показывает надоедливое окно с предупреждением, что время работы с программой ограничено 30 мин. Чтобы сбросить тестовый период необходимо выполнить следующие действия:

Откройте редактор реестра и удалите ветку

Перейдите в папку Пользователи системы (CurrentUser — ваше имя пользователя). Удалите папку

Скопируйте файлы отдельно из

После этих действий тестовый период будет сброшен и можно начать новый.

Восстановление проектов и подключений

PhpStorm хранит списки проектов в файле recentProjects.xml

Как и на Linux, вам необходимо обновить параметры projectOpenTimestamp и buildTimestamp для каждого проекта, описанного в файле

Теперь осталость только заменить новый recentProjects.xml на обновленный.

Выводы:

Php Storm хорошая среда для разработки, конечно она стоит своих денег, потому что бестплатный netBeans настроить на работу по sftp так и не удалось. Но на сброс тестового периода уйдет всего минут пять.

Webstorm reset trial linux

Ran out of trial period and you would like to have that period extended a little bit more, but you don’t feel like contacting the customer support, nor you don’t want to use a pirated copy either. What should you do? In this article, I will introduce a way to reset the trial period to its full duration from the beginning (30 days). As long as you reset the trial period when it begins to time out, you can virtually use the product in “trial state” for unlimited time! The tutorial was done on MacOS, but Window users should not have any problems finding a similar way to follow the tutorial (through the setting files in the hidden folder in Document folder and registry). You have to edit the host file too (to block the connection between the product and its server), but the pattern is the same for both OS. This reset trial guide should work with almost every standalone IDE of Jetbrain, such as IntelliJ Idea, PhpStorm, WebStorm, PyCharm, RubyMine. Let’s get our hand dirty!

1. Terminate your JetBrains application

2. Remove all *.key files in

/Library/Preferences/ /eval/ folder

3. Remove

/Library/Preferences/ /options/options.xml file

In the picture above, the options folder and eval folder are in the same parent folder.

Use an XML editor to remove the keys (I’m using XCode). Regular text editors don’t seem to be working. In the picture, the “JetbrainsUserIdOnMachine” and “JetBrains” nested key are the two to be removed.

6. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER (this is important since OS caches all the preferences. You have to restart OS for the new preferences to be fetched)

7. Block connections to JetBrains servers

Open your host file (in MacOS the host file is located at /etc/hosts ). Append these two rows to your host file

You can also use other applications to block your JetBrains product’s internet connection (note that the application you use must be able to block outgoing connections). In MacOS I’m using Little Snitch to do this job for me (you can use a demo version of Little Snitch because JetBrains products seem to only connect to their server the moment they are launched, no periodically initiated connections so the demo version will work fine). If you opt for using Little Snitch, the configuration might be tricky so I pasted my configuration here for you.

You only need to block access to jetbrains.com domain You can safely enable “Allow incoming connections” if you are using WebStorm/PhpStorm/IntelliJIdea… for remote debugging. Inside the “Deny outgoing connections” rule you can enable outgoing connections to your remote debug server The application is pretty anal about application code signature so you have to google things a little (the result is at the top of the first page so you should not have any troubles following the guide to tweak the setting to fit your needs).

8. Finally, run your JetBrains product, select Evaluate for free and enjoy your renewed trial period!

This article is not supposed to be used for pirating, but if you find yourself short of time and/or you cannot find any reasonable excuses to have the customer support extend the trial period for you, then this article can become a life-saver. When you finish with the trial and decide to purchase the product, wipe everything related to your JetBrains product from your computer just in case.

-> just a precision, I tryed the following for PyCharm2021 and I reset the trial period correctly
-> context : I’ve other folders in

/.java folder that I cannot delete

/.java/.userPrefs/jetbrains/prefs.xml the line that refers to jetbrains with a text editor
remove folder

/.java/.userPrefs/jetbrains
remove folder

/.config/JetBrains/$/eval/ where $[PRD] is Pycharm2021.1
remove file

/.config/JetBrains/$ /options/other.xml where $[PRD] is Pycharm2021.1

I think that this manipulation could work for another JetBrains product, I’ve not tested it on PhpStorm which I also installed on my PC

its necesary delete all directory rm -rf

/.java/.userPrefs
didnt work for me if just delete /.userPrefs/prefs.xml and /jetbrains/prefs.xml

also delete full directory .userPrefs and its work for me too

Just a note, I am using PhpStorm 2021.2 build PS-212.4745.100 (July 28, 2021), and resetting the trial period is not working even though I had the line ‘rm -rf

/.config/JetBrains/$*/pycharm.key’ to the original shell.
After a while (without doing anything), a window appears: Evaluation License Expired, this terminates the IDE and asks me to update online by purchasing a license.

Instead of PhpStorm, I use NetBeans to develop projects but it is not as conformable and easy as with PhpStorm.

well, it’s not working for me, I use to follow this instructions but now Datagrip ask me to log in to Jetbrains account. I updated to version IntelliJIdea2021.2. I thing i will have to do a downgrade and validate if it works.
