Помогите пожалуйста! Ноутбук Samsung .Выходит окно

что бы я не выбрал (обычную загрузку или средство восстановления) идет экран загрузки, потом меняется на «загрузку файлов»

после чего вылезает окно выбора языка, нажимаю next выходит вот такое окно

(в поле Operating System ничего нет)

если выбрать 2ую галочку то бесконечный голубой экран ,
если выбрать 1ую, то вот такое окно

Startup Repair проверяет бесконечно
System Restore выдает окно в котором написано «To use System Restore, you must specify which Windows installation to restore. Restart this computer, select an operating system, and then select System Restore.»

Windows Memory Diagnostic выдает окно

если же во втором рисунке выбрать load Drivers , то можно увидеть такую картину

диск с как бы не доступен, что ли зайти туда нельзя, а вот диск д в порядке
если дело все таки в драйверах на хард диск, то вопрос где их достать? не могу найти нигде

в биосе поставил дефолтные настройки

Windows7 не запускается! Помогите! каждый раз когда включаю комп, пишет «BOOTMRG is missing» и Виндовс не запускается!

– выберите Startup Repair;
