I have problems with Clean Install windows 10
It’s been a week now or maybe a month since my computer got problem, my computer have Bitdefender installed and it detect a bug in Segoe_ui shell and when the box appeared, my computer got hang and can’t move even my mouse so i restart my computer by pressing a small button in my CPU and the problem started, it boots in UEFI: built in shell and it stuck there and i cannot trigger the automatic repair option and i cant access safe mode, so i search internet solution and still nothing is working, and i reformat my PC and do clean install by using media creation tool on USB, it’s not working at first so i do it again until it works. I can only access MSI boot menu because my motherboard is MSI build and i think there’s nothing wrong in CMOS because i can restore it to defaults.
Thing I’ve tried:
1. When the installation finished, i am stuck at setup screen that says «just a moment» so i reformat it again and still the same. And i tried to disconnect USB devices and network cable, nothing works.
2. So i get updated media creation tool and install it on my PC, and it got stuck on «getting ready» screen for hours and i restart my PC and got an error of windows installation cannot proceed and change it on regedit and it freeze there.
-My CPU has no CD/DVD so i am using USB.
— I can Access MSI Boot menu, i can change boot order there.
— I am installing windows 10 now, when my computer is brand new and no OS installed, it install with windows 8.1 i think the problem is related there.
— I didn’t do backup because my pc is slow anyway, and need to remove everything.
— I can access the advanced troubleshoot in installation media only, tried repair my pc and it says, no recovery option installed or no problems were found.
— Tried CHKDSK command, nothing is wrong.
— Boot loading is taking so long, i left my computer open for 24 hours straight, even the installation of windows.

Your device may not be able to update to the latest version of Windows 10 for a few reasons. The following tips can help you pinpoint the issue affecting your device.
Before you begin, make sure your device is plugged into a power source and connected to the internet. Then, try the steps listed below to get your PC to update.
Some updates require administrator access. If your account doesn’t have administrator access, see Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10. Or if someone else at home or in your office has an administrator account on your device, try asking them to install the updates.
Before trying any of the solutions below, make sure you back up your personal files. You can use File History to back up your files to another drive, or insert a USB drive and use File Explorer to drag and copy important files to the USB drive. If you’re signing into Windows with a Microsoft account, your system settings will be automatically restored after updating, once you’re connected to the internet.

Make sure that your device has enough space. Your device requires at least 16 GB of free space to upgrade a 32-bit OS, or 20 GB for a 64-bit OS. If your device has a small hard drive, you may need to insert a USB drive to update it.

Many updates require you to restart your device. Save your work and close all open applications. Then, select Start > Power , and select either Update and restart or Update and shut down.
