Что делать, если в Диспетчере устройств есть неизвестные устройства?

Если в Диспетчере устройств отображается неопознанное устройство или имеются проблемы с каким-либо драйвером, мы рекомендуем удалить установленный драйвер, обновить конфигурацию оборудования и установить новый. Рекомендуется использовать драйверы, представленные на официальном сайте MSI, поскольку они прошли полный цикл тестирования и являются абсолютно совместимыми с устройствами MSI. Производитель контроллера может выпустить свежую версию драйвера на своем сайте – она также представляет собой допустимый вариант. Еще один способ установки драйверов – через службу обновления Windows. В любом случае перед установкой новой версии драйвера следует удалить предыдущую.

Осуществите проверку изменений в оборудовании

Обновление драйверов через официальный сайт MSI

Перейдите на официальный сайт MSI, найдите страницу своей материнской платы и скачайте с нее последнюю версию драйвера.

Пример: введите название модели (в нашем случае – MPG Z390M GAMING EDG AC) в строке поиска в верхнем правом углу сайта и нажмите клавишу Enter.

Появится результат, соответствующий запросу «MPG Z390M GAMING EDG AC». Выберите раздел Download («Загрузки»).

Откройте вкладку Driver («Драйверы»).

Укажите свою операционную систему.

Найдите файл с нужным драйвером и скачайте его, щелкнув по пиктограмме со стрелкой.

Щелкните правой кнопкой мыши по загруженному файлу и выберите пункт меню Extract All («Извлечь все»).

Щелкните по кнопке Extract («Извлечь»).

Двойным щелчком запустите файл Autorun.exe.

Выберите пункт меню [Install drivers and software] («Установить драйверы и приложения»).

I need the newest Window 10 Bluetooth drivers. (1) Windows removed the Asus Bluetooth drivers and installed some generic drivers (*error) device not working properly

(2) I went through the up-date drivers at the device manager tab and Windows found driver Qualcomm Atheros Communications version 8.0.1.244 * (No Help) (error) device not working properly.

(3) Off to Asus Support and downloaded their requested Bluetooth driver from Rainbowpeak_win7-64. but, Windows 10 STOPPED me from installing this driver and gave me an error message. This Driver not compatible with my computer and will not make it work.

So, I have Asus Notebook A43S ( K43SV) OS Windows 10. What Bluetooth Driver do I need.

No Help. Thank you for your answer. But, I have already done everything you suggested.

Even tried to install a driver for an earlier Windows. say Windows 7 — 64 bit. and Windows 10 «STOPPED» me from installing a earlier driver that was Not compatible with Windows 10. because I already have the installed newest driver in my computer.

So, to select a driver and make it run in the compatibility mode. Impossible. I tried. and no driver is shown.

Device manager shows the Qualcomm Atheros Communications version 8.0.1.244 driver. this is the up-dated driver Windows 10 selected for my notebook. I guess — Not compatible with Windows 10 or Not correct for Asus computer. either way. my Bluetooth adapter isn’t working.

So, either Microsoft needs to get on the ball here and get of Bluetooth drivers out here. for Windows 10.

Your, I am still waiting for Asus to answer me about Drivers for my notebook with Windows 10 installed.

because now I cannot transfer music and photo’s back and fourth between my notebook and phone.

I also have a similar issue with the Asus Bluetooth module on my motherboard. I have the same driver (8.0.1.244) installed and I get this every time I start my pc:

To temporarily resolve the issue I have to uninstall the module and the driver, then do a hardware scan. Windows then detects the module and installs the driver (8.0.1.244) without a problem. I can then use the Bluetooth as intended, so I know that module works perfectly. If I want to use Bluetooth I have to do this every time and it’s getting a little boring now. I had no problems what so ever in Windows 7 Pro, so as far as I’m concerned this is a Microsoft generated problem. I have had a live chat session with a Microsoft tech 😀 😀 😀 and they just try to blame the hardware saying that it’s broken, yet Windows 10 installs it and it works fine. **** Microsoft?!

Just to add; I have also tried updating the driver to version 8.0.1.318 but that just made things worse. It would just start to install then the yellow exclamation mark appeared, then start to install, then yellow exclamation mark. and so on and on and on. Fantastic hey?!

So to conclude then. Microsoft sucks!!

Hi Everyone, I see I am not the only one having this problem. I am having it on a new Vensmile micro pc that I upgraded from 8.1 to 10 before I did anything.

WINDOWS HAS STOPPED THIS DEVICE BECAUSE IT HAS REPORTED PROBLEMS.

It obviously needs a driver. It obviously can’t find the driver. Can anyone find the driver.
