Cannot Run Windows Update
There was a fake AV program on I ran two fix its, the last one said

Currently it is in a loop detecting WU software. Does not fail, stuck in a loop. 3. I ran Malwarebytes, SAS, HitManPro, Spybot Method two I ran that Method three. nothing stands out. Ok looks like it is fixed. I added the WU sites to the trusted list which did not do anything. I then added www. to the front of the url and it asked to download the updated software and installed and I got it to run right. What is the full name of your installed anti-virus application or security suite and when (approx. date) does your current subscription expire? What third-party firewall (if any) is installed? 1d. Have MBAM and/or SAS and/or Spybot detected & removed anything since the computer became infected? 1e. Is Spybot TeaTimer enabled? 2. When the command operation has run successfully, you’ll see a confirmation message from Command Prompt that says, “The restore operation completed successfully” or “The operation completed successfully”. Next, type this command, including the space as shown: Press Enter. Wait until the sfc scan verification reaches 100% completion, and then close Command Prompt. Try running the Windows Update again.
