Программ не заменима для людей занимающихся обслуживанием компьютеров, в часности для служб сопровождения. Понятный интерфейс, широкие возможности по поиску (в том числе в интернете), установке и составлению архивных копий драйверов, получение подробной информации о драйверах и о системе.
