У вас проблемы с установщиком Виндоус.

По крайней мере, так написано в вашем сообщении.

Можете загрузить установщик Виндоус с сайта Майкрософт:

Доступен установщик Windows 4.5

Но, зная продукты компании Аппле, могу вам сказать, что прежде чем загружать проигрыватель, нужно загрузить

Так как проигрыватель, без него, не устанавливается.

Не забудьте указать свой Емейл в регистрации.

И потом, будете загружать обновления, через Apple Software Update.

Установщик версии 4.5 не используется в Windows 7

Установщик версии 5.0, который встроен в Windows 7, нельзя скачать в качестве отдельно распространяемого компонента.

Поддержка проигрываетеля QickTime для Windows компанией Apple полностью прекращена. В проигрывателе QickTime последней версии для Windows были найдены по крайней мере две уязвимости, допускающие удалённое выполнение кода. Так как компания прекратила поддержку, эти уязвимости останутся в программе навсегда. Пользователям рекомендуется как можно скорее удалить проигрываетель Apple QuickTime для Windows. ERROR 1722
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

Error 1722 is a general error associated with the Windows Installer.

Method 1: Check if the Installer Service is running. To do so, follow these steps.

a. Click Start, Click Run and type “Services.msc” (without quotes) and press Enter.

b. Double-click Windows Installer.

c. Set the Startup type of Windows Installer to Manual.

d. Click Start to start the service. Note down the error message if any. Click OK.

Method 2: Reregister the Windows Installer. Follow these steps for the same.

a. Quit all Windows programs.

b. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories and click Run. Type “msiexec /unregister” (without quotes) in the Open box, and then click OK.

c. Click Start, All Programs, Accessories and click Run. Type “msiexec /regserver” (without quotes) in the Open box, and then click OK. Restart your computer.

Check to see if the problem persists.

(I know this response is very late but I just want to share my experience with the error) I encountered same issue when I ran installer on Windows 2012 R2. So one of my colleagues advised me to perform the following, and installation went through successfully.

— Renamed C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder to MachineKeys.old
— Recreate C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys folder
— Moved C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys.old to C:\Temp\

— Re-run the installer

    • Перед установкой drweb проинсталируйте WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86 — обычно помогает

    • С WSH может быть так же, ка и с инсталлятором. Есть, но поломатый.

    В тех.поддержке всё ещё пока не разобрались.
    Оказывается, после деинсталляции DrWeb версии 5, остаётся файлик «drweb32.key» в каталоге \Documents and Settings\Имя пользователя\Local Settings\Temp\.
    Он и мешает установщику.
    Удалил «drweb32.key». Установка прошла нормально.
    Думаю, ошибку в будущем поправят.

    • В догонку ещё одна проблема установщика.
    На машине стояла опера выбранная браузером по умолчанию, была грубо снесена(не через установку удаление). Система браузер по умолчанию почему-то не переназначила, в результате по дефолту браузера нету.

    При запуске установщика ошибка характера noDefaultBrowser (дословно не вспомню) с разными цифирьками и отказ в дальнейшей установке. Лечиться переназначением любого рабочего браузера по умолчанию.

    • У меня была такая же проблема, чтобы ее решить нужно поставить два апдейта для Windows
    1) WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86.exe
    2) WindowsXP-Windows2000-Script56-KB917344-x86-enu.exe

    • Возникла аналогичная проблема. Ваши советы помогли побороться с ошибкой Installera. Но после этого при установки drweb-а появляется сообщение о невозможности установить модуль самозащиты. Может ли кто-нибудь посоветовать что делать?
