hi, Which Win 10 Email App has the best email Phishing/Spam Detector/Blocker, if they have any at all over the email providers they support (like Outlook,Yahoo, Gmail, aol)? Outlook/Hotmail seems to have no SUPPORT for Phishing/spam email detection or REVEALING hidden Addresses for hidden Phishing/spam addresses? I have eM Clint, but does not seem to help with Phishing/spam emails at all! Outlook email provides no support for Phishing emails or other spam emails, but detects some unimportant spam?? help!

Hi, used to love Windows Live Mail 2012 (previously Windows XP) until they stopped support and then it was impossible to use it with so many glitches!

Having used a Mac exclusively for 10 years, I’m back using Windows. On the Mac my favorites were AirMail3 and Spark, both for the desktop and mobile. I tried eMClient and despite a fast internet connection and a brand new zippy laptop with lots of memory, I find eMClient takes forever to synchronize and archive etc. What used to take 2 minutes to go through all my emails now takes forever, so I’m going to uninstall. I will check out Zoho and Hexamail. Thanks for the recommendations!

Mailbird was an easy install but am now having problems.

I am a Mac user. I went to help my in-laws who have a windows 10 box and I could not get over how rubbish windows 10 mail is.
No ability to import/export mail, the accounts tab does not give access to the server addresses (had to change from POP to IMAP). The mail stopped working (can send but not receive) and the error code is so ambiguous that I have no idea what is wrong.

Tried to set up a duplicate email account to try and import the email into that then delete the old account, but you can’t do that either. They don’t want to loose their email (who does).

There is no ability to back up your email, if you use POP and it crashes say goodbye to your email.

Don’t get me started on the difference between “People” and “Contacts”…WTF

I am seriously thinking about buying them a Mac and an iPad just so I dont have to support this rubbish.

I had thought Microsoft Entourage was bad on the Mac compared to the Windows version, but I now realise how lucky Mac users are not to have ended up with something much much worse.

I can not believe anyone at Microsoft thought that software was at a stage where it could be released into the public, its missing basic functionality.

Mailbird is still my favourite:-) I switched a while ago from Thunderbird and really don’t mind paying for the Pro version either:-)

I wonder if Mailbird supports Yahoo Mail, and it recent changes?

I’ve been using Thunderbird for years. No issues. Have it set up with multiple accounts including AOL/Yahoo/etc. Currently running Win10 on primary and Win 7 on various laptops.

It is a real shame someone doesn’t try and acquire Incredimail and re-create the program to work with Windows 10. There is NO OTHER email program anywhere even close to having the feautures this program has. Unfortunately, someone has fallen asleep at the wheel and does not care to bring the program to date. They are literally still back two or three operating systems ago. If someone would create a program with as many features Incredimail has, such as the “bounce back feature” which I can not find on ANY email program, paid or free, unless you copy and paste the whole email and do all kinds of others time consuming things to make it work. Incredimail has a one push button to delete and bounce at the same time. If there is anyone out there who knows about an email program that can do this, please let me know. I bought the paid version of Mailbird and it sucks. It doesn’t even have a place to store or review all your contacts. Pretty bad. It also does not check all the accounts at the same time and does them sporadically.
