The minidump file didn’t name any driver. It indicated ntkrnlmp.exe as the cause but since it is a system kernel driver and Windows component, It means something else drove it into a fault.

If this is the first time you encountered a BSOD error I will suggest that you let it pass for now. If the BSOD error happens frequently that is the time that we should troubleshoot it.

I suggest for now that you install the latest Windows update and update your device drivers.

4. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, and then click Disable all.
