It may help to look at the minidump files from the blue screen crashes.

Can you zip up the minidump files in the C:\Windows\Minidump folder and make available (provide link) via a public folder on OneDrive or similar site.

Here’s a link on using OneDrive:

If you have problems zipping the minidump files copy the minidump files to another location such as a folder on the Desktop.

Also, you do not necessarily have to zip up the minidump files, you can upload them one at a time.

Computer restarting again and again

Today when i turned on my PC, i found a shocking and irritating problem in my PC.

Firstly, it was not turning on, after i cleaned it, it turned on and booted and showed an error ‘your device ran into a problem‘ and started repairing.

After it repaired itself, it asked me the pin and after i entered it, the PC automatically turned off. After a while when i booted my pc again, it booted completely, worked fine for about 3-4 minutes and then restarted itself and again have me an error ‘your device ran into a problem’ and started diagnosing itself. After few minutes it gave me an error ‘your device couldn’t be diagnosed, please contact to support (or somthing like that) and also it gave me a location in C:/ drive’ and gave me two options, one for advanced settings and another to shut down the pc. i selected the first one and choosed the option in advance options to ‘continue to windows 10’. Then the pc booted again and worked fine for few minutes and then turned off automatically. When i tried to turn it on, it gave me a two beep siren like sound. I switched the power supply off and turned it on again and the same thing repeated again.

Now can any one help me with this issue.

A. Try to boot into safe mode

Power ON your computer and as Windows / manufacturer’s Logo appears, Power OFF — Repeat 3 times
Now your computer will go into Advanced Recovery Environment
Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart
Press 4 or F4 to enable Safe Mode (5 or F5 to enable Safe Mode with Networking)
Log in once Windows starts in safe mode

B. Another option when you are in Advanced Options in previous step is to choose (Note — You won’t lose any files in this step)
1. System Restore — This will restore your system to a point when things were working fine.
OR
2. Startup Repair — Startup Repair upgrade fixes all Windows errors and retains all files, applications and settings.

C. Penultimate option could be Reset this PC.
In Step A > Troubleshoot > Reset this PC — Keep my files and Remove everything. Choose this carefully as most likely you would like to keep your files.
All apps will be removed and windows will be reinstalled.

D. Last option could be a clean Reinstall
You can use below guide by Greg Carmack, MVP for this purpose. This is the best method to perform a clean install of Windows 10. (If you want to rescue your files, there is a section Rescue Files when Windows Won’t Start)

If you want a very lightweight guide — Start fresh with a clean installation of Windows 10

Pc restarting again and again

My name is Kathleen and I am an Independent Advisor. I would be happy to help you today.

Try to enter Safe Mode to repair Windows.
Interrupt the normal boot process of your Windows 10 PC
If Windows 10 fails to boot normally three times over, the fourth time it enters by default in an Automatic Repair mode. Using this mode, you can boot into Safe Mode. To trigger the Automatic Repair mode, you must interrupt the normal boot process three consecutive times: use the reset or the power button on your Windows 10 PC to stop it during boot, before it finishes loading Windows 10. If you use the power button, you might have to keep it pressed for at least 4 seconds to force the power off
Then you proceed to repair the computer:
With a reset, all of your Installed applications are lost, but you get an option to save your files if you want. If a system image from the OEM exists-called a recovery partition, then it also gives you an option to restore it. It would make your PC load to default factory settings.
Navigate to Troubleshooting section, again.
Select Reset.
If you select keep my files, your files would be kept. You might also get the third option-restore to factory settings-which isn’t applicable on the PC.
After selecting the desired options, you are presented with a confirmation, something like this- This indicates what you have chosen.
Click on Reset and the resetting should begin.

Let us know if these steps help you to resolve the issue.
