When ordering a cloud server on client portal, you select «Linux» or «Windows» OS and amount of cloud resources. You can increase resources at any time and build as many virtual machines as you want. The cost of cloud resources varies because of the «Microsoft Windows» licenses. Therefore, for example, after purchasing Linux cloud resources, you can choose from OSs belonging to this group (such as Ubuntu, Debian, etc.). However, if you want a Windows virtual server, you must purchase Windows cloud resources.

How long does it take for cloud servers to be up and running?

The server is ready to use within a couple of minutes after receiving the payment.

Do I get backup storage?

When ordering a cloud server, you can select the amount of backup storage you need. You can control the backup schedule yourself.
