Установка нового языка преобразования текста в речь в Windows 10

В любом выпуске Windows 10 нажмите кнопку «Начните > параметров»и выполните указанные далее действия.

Выберите кнопку «Начните», а затем выберите «Параметры> и & язык > регион & язык.

Нажмите кнопку Добавить язык и выберите в списке язык, который вы хотите использовать. Преобразование текста в речь поддерживается только для языков, указанных в таблице.

После установки нового языка (это может занять несколько секунд) выберите его в списке языковой & региона и выберите «Параметры».

В разделе Языковые параметры > Речь нажмите кнопку Скачать.

Перезагрузите компьютер. Голоса для текста в речь будут установлены, когда ваш компьютер снова включит их.

Скачивание языков eSpeak

Скачайте установщик для Windows setup_espeak-1.48.04.exe.

Когда файл загрузится, запустите его и нажмите кнопку Далее в первом окне.

Укажите путь установки и нажмите кнопку Далее.

I have NEVER found Microsoft’s own stuff remotely helpful. They don’t write for older people. They use jargon and descriptors that mean something only to those who are pretty computer literate. I need a key-stroke by key-stroke step by step list of instructions as to what to type and what to click on. Microsoft don’t understand such low-level computer ignorance such as mine!

We have all been waiting MONTHS for Microsoft to answer this one and it isn’t getting done. If it can’t do speech to text, then say so.

You may need a better microphone with noise canceling and/or go to configuration/improved speech recognition. Some laptops or tablets don’t cancel out noise. If I may suggest a headset and FYI, speech recognition works OK, but there is third party software like Nuance Dragon Naturally Speaking Basics that is about $50.00. But it is all about having a good mic and pronouncing the words properly. good luck, hopefully this was helpful.

P.s. I use stock speech recognition all the time. That is how I wrote this message. The stock speech recognition can be a pain once in awhile, a specially if you can’t pronounce words properly.

i have gone through the speech recognition (screen shown below) and everything went well.
