При установке System Center Operations Manager группе администраторов на локальном компьютере автоматически назначается роль администраторов Operations Manager. The System Center Operations Manager setup procedure automatically assigns the Administrators group on the local computer to the Operations Manager Administrators role. Если TCP/IP отключен на удаленном сервере, где размещена база данных SQL Server, программа установки не сможет подключиться к базе данных SQL Server. If TCP/IP is disabled on a remote server that is hosting the SQL Server database, Setup will not be able to connect to the SQL Server database.
