ithyphallic, I would try looking at the previously linked thread. I got it to work for me. The issue was having more than one driver installed as a display adapter, and the extra one was coming up as incompatible with Windows 10. For me this was a remote desktop application I use to connect from one computer to another (often installed by an IT person if they were assisting you remotely). Go to the device manager, expand display adapters, and if you have any extra, you may need to uninstall those applications/drivers before upgrading. (My best guess, I’m no professional.)

x230T and Windows 10

Has anyone had any issues upgrading their x230T from Windows 7 to Windows 10? The installer demanded that I uninstall my Wacom ISD driver before upgrading, and I want to make sure there are available Wacom pen drivers for Windows 10. In addition, does the rest of the x230T features work with Windows 10 (i.e. trackpoint, fingerprint reader, volume/microphone, screen rotate, and ThinkVantage button)? I don’t want my x230T to go from being a convertible laptop/tablet to being a regular old laptop with a spinny screen.

Hi, I don’t know if you are still using x230 running Windows 10. Try search ‘wacom tablet pc driver’ using google, Here is the link. http://www.wacom.com/en-au/support/tablet-pc-support

This is the driver we actually need, Not the ‘feel driver’, which will jeopardize the touch function. During installation it displayed wintab driver, which is offered by lenovo with their miix 510 tablet anyway, Therefore it makes a lot of sense to use this driver. After installing it, tick the ‘hover click’ option to enable the barrel button to register a right click while only hovering on the screen which is hugely helpful. The scrollying becomes a lot smoother and interial scrolling was added for scrolling long distances, which is a win. Lenovo has been lazy by neglecting optimizing the touch and pen experience in Windows 10. It is as simple as linking to wacom’s off the shelf driver,
